Binding Logons to IP Address

We've added a new security feature to keep your user account more secure. The logon screen now has a "Bind to IP" box that restricts your logon to the current IP address. If someone manages to steal your cookie, they won't be able to use it on another computer. Note that this feature doesn't work well with dial-up accounts, especially AOL.
