Rotating Gallery Module Upgrade

We've rebuilt our rotating photo gallery front-page module. Aside from a nicer, cleaner look, it makes better use of space and is more bandwidth-efficient. It will shrink the image for narrow browsers or columns, so you can use it on a narrow column now.
