Links Overhaul

By popular demand, the "External Links" module on your site has been given a large overhaul. There are numerous new features, including nested sub-folders and the ability to edit and reorder existing links. We've also renamed the item that controls the bar of primary internal links on your site from "Main Links" to "Linkbar" to eliminate confusion with the "External Links" feature.
